Manunga Publishing doesn't take liability for the contents of linked internet sites. We aren’t obliged to check the contents of linked internet sites. The responsibility lies completely with the owners of such sites. Moreover we want to stress on the point that we are in no way associated with the contents of any linked sites, no matter from where the link arises. We also like to emphasize on the point that we have no influence whatsoever on the contents of linked sites. Should we learn about derogatory or criminal contents of a linked site, we shall promptly terminate the link.

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that you would in such a case still be able to use all our services fully.

The prices of all books by Manunga Publishing are subjected to the price binding law.
Start of cancellation policy according to the law
Cancellation policy (valid from 13.06.2014)
Right of cancellation
All purchases from Manunga Publishing can be revoked within 14 days without any reasons. The dateline for cancellation is 14 days according to the following conditions,
a) in case of a purchase agreement:
- on the day you or someone else acting on your behalf, but not the transporter, collect or collects the good.
b) in case of a purchase bill for a series of goods that you ordered together but that are to be delivered seperately:
- on the day you or someone else acting on your behalf, but not the transporter, receive or receives the last good.
c) in case of a purchase order for goods that are to be delivered in several parts seperately:
- on the day you or someone else acting on your behalf, but not the transporter, receive or receives the last part of the goods.
d) in case of a purchase order for goods to be delivered regularly for a defined period fo time:
- on the day you or someone else acting on your behalf, but not the transporter receive or receives the first delivery.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation you have to inform us clearly (e. g. normal post office mail, fax, email) of your intention to cancel the purchase order. . Please send all cancellation queries to:

In order to make a binding retreat it's enough to respect the statutory period before the dateline..
Consequencies of a cancellation
If you cancel this purchase order we shall be entitled to refund all the payments which we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the extra cost incured due to the fact that you chose a more expensive delivery form than the standard cheaper one which we offer), immediately and latest 14 days after from the day we receive your cancellation. We use the same payment method which you used when placing the purchase order in the first place, except we had explicitly agreed on an alternative method previously. On no occasion would you be asked to pay a fee for that. We can refuse to refund any payments which you have made until we receive the goods back completely or until you can show proof of having sent it back, depending on which case comes up first.
In case no other agreement was made before, you shall be entitled to bear the cost for returning the good.
You must only pay for the loss of value of any good if the cause goes beyond that of testing the composition, the characteristics and the functions of the good.
End of cancellation policy according to the law
In case of legal disputes the court of reference is the Amtsgericht in Eschwege (Werra-Meißner-Kreis).
